take stereo out of dash remove top cover off stereo release eject spring then remove disc

If there isn't a spring release hole in the front of the console, then only taking the whole thing apart will get the cd out.

what you need to do is take the CD out of the stereo if this does not work take the CD out of the stereo and try one more time

as a last resort you could try a pair of tweezers with something like duct tape on the ends for padding to keep them from scratching the disk. or if you could get the sticky side of the duct tape to stick to the CD, that might help.

Outside of removing the unit---I've heard that disconnecting the car battery for a short time, then reconnecting it causes the unit to reset itself, enabling ejection.

get your car stereo out after disconnecting it...don't try to open it violently for fear to break the cd inside the stereo and it'll ruin it

Get the car company, or keep fidgeting with it untill it comes out. Like, try various ways to get it out.
