Cut off food after 5:30 to 6 pm. If you find you are hungry at bed time have a glass of milk. This definately will make a difference. Also look at how many starches a day you eat, bread, pasta, potatos. Although low in fat, they convert to sugar. good luck

Drink more plain water. Most people are dehydrated, drinking some extra water after a few days your bodies might shed a few 'water weight' pounds. Your body doesn't think it is going to be dehydrated anymore so it can balance the levels out a bit better.

Hun, the best way to lose weight is to diet and exercise. If done correctly and regularily, you can lose 2-3 lbs. a week. But lets get to the basics.
*Healthy Tips to Lose Weight*
-Drink tons of water
-Exercise 30 min-1 hr. a day
-Eat lots of fruit and vegetables
-Lose the sweets. Lose pop completly (drink rarely), avoid chocolate, candy, cake, etc.
-Don't over-do it.
-Eat around 5-6 smaller meals a day rather than 3 larger meals
-Have a strong motivation
-Count your calories, fat grams, etc. (Optional)
*Exercises*

you can look up the cabbage soup diet if you only want to loose a few pound even if you dont dont like cabbage soup the recipe they give you is really good.. i used it and lost 5 pounds in one week but it only is a week long diet

i dont understand once you've, yet in case you reduce soda and bypass with distinctive ice water it facilitates lots, thats quite an basic and lazy way, ice water is sweet reason your body will attempt to warmth it to body temp. burning better energy.
