If it was a Monetary Gift I would apply a large Portion of it toward fixing up a Fleet of Vehicles to Donate to Charity, starting with the Local "Meals-On-Wheels" Program. These would be very Special Vehicles. Why ? I've found a way to Safely Convert Regular Pump Gasoline into Propane. 100 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. And I'm not the First to do so. Far from it ! Every Time it's been done before, Greed and Money have stopped it cold ! The Problem now is the EPA-OBD II Law that Mandates all US Vehicles '96 & up, to Run at 14.7 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. Any Change, even if Fuel Economy is Improved,& less Polluting Emissions, will result in a Failed Inspection ! And Al Gore helped to Pass this Insane Law ! So, what I'd like to do is to Restore and Convert Pre-OBD II Vehicles to Donate to Charity.Volunteers Pay Out-Of-Pocket for Vehicle and Fuel Expenses. Charity from a Philanthropical Source would Expose the Hypocricy of this Insane OBD II Law. Charity exposing Greed! What a Concept ! Take a good Look at My Avatar. That is a Photo of My Device Converting Regular Pump Gasoline into Propane.I've Lit the Outlet Line that goes to the Engine on Fire to Prove that it Works ! It's Perfectly Safe, and Thanks to Al Gore, it's Illegal! Why?

Hmm...I'd be wondering why this complete stranger just gave me a spiffy gift. There would have to be a reason for such an action and I'd be afraid of the consequences if I did take it.

Accept, but make sure never to hear from him again, depend the gift... like a car or luis viton bag or something, if not run a way, be carefull and avoid him without accepting the gift, also the same if you accept be carefull, watch out

If you don't think it'll be rude for that person, return it. He's a total stranger and could not expect trust and acceptance so easily coz you wouldn't even know his motive.

Tell the person thank you but wouldn't accept it. Not if I didn't know them....They could be giving me a gift wanting something in return
