Get to know her first. If you still like her, then try to make it obvious that you like her, drop hints whenever you can. My co-worker was telling me about something and told me that it would be a long story and asked if I wanted his number and the day before, I borrowed his shirt and he asked me if I wanted his autograph and number.
After you try your best to make it obvious that you like her, ask her if she wants to go out sometime, like to a movie or something.

I would love if a boy showed up at my door with flowers and something else REALLY romantic. Find out what she likes. Share an intrest in what she likes. Please, don't cheat on her!!! It's mean, and has happened to me. Ok, I'll give ya an example....
Ex- She likes Abercrombie and Fitch, and her favorite color is pink. Go to Abercrombie and Fitch and buy her either a pink shirt or polo or something. Them, but the clothing in a pink gift bag, and give it to her along with pink roses.

ask her what her schedule is like and if she has time that you could see her one day to do something or like pick a school event and ask her if she would want to go to it with you

well if your scared to do it person-to-person then write her a note, call her on the phone, or you can have one of your friends see if she likes you and if she does then you could probably get the motivation to ask her out person-to-person.

be straight up and ask her what shes doing whenever you wanted to take her out...if shes free just casually say do you want to get together just you and me on ____(day and time).if she says yes then you say can i get your number and i'll call you tonight for more details...then when you leave you make it clear and say so its a date!and i'll see you then and call you tonight.
