Brain tumors rarely hurt - you'd have other symtoms from that, like trouble speaking or motor problems, depending on where the tumor is.

Actually, it's probably either a migraine or something called a cluster headache which hurts on one side of your head and usually one eye. OTC drugs don't usually help much - get a prescription from a doctor who specializes in this area.

Go to Yahoo.com click on HEALTH and look up headaches - you can read all about them and the treatments. Diet has a lot to do with migraines - stop eating Chinese food (even if they say it has no MSG) and cheddar cheese and other stuff on the list. My mom used to get terrible migraines and my cousin had 3 surgeries for a brain tumor.

lol, im also 14. hormones give us headaches. But i have the same thing, and I also get really dizzy when I stand up, and I almost pass out. I used to think I had cancer, but I have had these symptoms for about 3 years, so it cant be a tumor. Some people just get headaches alot, and they have to take meds, daily. But if it progresses I would then see a doctor..

Get better soon!

Abby, you should have a physical. I only say that because I'm not a doctor. But don't get stressed out about it. Brain tumors are very rare and headaches can be caused by literally thousands of different things, most of which are benign (not serious). If I had to bet the farm, I'd say you're gonna be okay. Relax..................

well you should check out a doctor. it could be serious. brain tumors can be removed ONLY if you get there in time. you should make an appointment and tell your doctor you think you have a brain tumor. so they can check it out . IF you do have one wich i hope you dont, you dont want it to get any bigger so make an appointment right away and good luck!

You may just need to see a chiropractor. Stiff joints can give you a huge amount of pain. Try it.

Your spine may just be out of alignment. Get your parents to take you to a chiropractor.

I don't know you but I don't want you to be "hurt" and not know it. GO to a docter ASAP. If the find nothing wrong, don't freak out.
Good luck! I'll pray for you!

well i think you should see your doctor, and tell him about your findings, but if you wait a few days and take nurofen and see if it goes away if it doesnt go to the doctor
