My parents give my older sister more than me. I really want to have sleep over with my freind. My mom keeps saying no because she dosn't like sleepovers. But she lets my siter have as many sleepovers as she wants. I feel like its unfair. Please tell me if this is fair or not.

Are you younger than her? It does sound unfair. You should calmly talk to your mother and tell her exactly how you feel and why. Write her a letter if it is easier. Parents suck sometimes.

It depends on how old you are and who your friends are. Talk to your mom and see if she says no because you have friends she doesn't trust. It may be that your mom feels you have to be of a certain age before sleepovers, so a talk will help a lot. Ask, also, if you can have a sleepover at the same time your sister does, so your mom doesn't have the hassle of two different ones. Good luck. ♥

What's the age difference between the two of you?

My initial reaction is that it's certainly not fair. Then again, my brother got to do lots of things my parents never let me do after I left for college and he was still at home. I didn't think THAT was fair, so I'm on your side here.

if you're under age, your parents are the boss! keep telling your mom how you feel and hope she sees the unfairness (probably won't). some day you will be your own boss and then you can create 'fairness' in your own life and maybe for your own kids too.

good luck

There is a difference between sleeping over at someone's house and their coming to your house to sleep over. I don't think you are being treated unfairly.
