I think you are over doing... you need a break and don't do too much... maybe cut to 2 session each a week and 45 mins each session

The best and only accurate way to tell if you are overtrained, is by your "morning heart rate".
First thing you need to do is take a few days off, (rest grows muscle).
If you do not have a heart monitor learn to feel your pulse below your thumb (just count the beats for 15 seconds and then multiply by 4)
Do this first thing in the morning, no smokes or pee (after you rest for 3-4 days) and then write that number down.
Then measure it every morning, (before you even get out of bed)
If it is over 4-6 beats per minute higer than your normal number then you are overtrained.
Other symtoms of overtraining is crappy sleep, tired all day, irratable and loss of motovation for exercise.
Don't bum, I overtrain every week, but I am obsessed.

It sounds like you work out a lot, you don't say what you are doing at the gym, but muscles need a day to rest between workouts.

I work out 5 days a week, M&W is Cardio, T & Thursday is weight lifting, Saturday is both but instead of 45 minutes on cardio, I do 20 minutes. This gives me 2 days off a week and I am noticing significant cardio and strength improvement.

Maybe you should talk to a trainer and see what they suggest.

No you are doing just fine. You weigh a great amount and you exersice just enough. maybe your muscles hurt beacause you never take breaks and for the full 1.5 hours you are doing your 100% best... that isnt as much you have too do to stay in shape. Just think that you need to relax a little so your mucsle wont hurt so uu should only put around 6-070% effort into your exersice if thats how much you do... SO if i were you and that dosnt work then i would go and see a doctor.... I hope my advise works...

no ur not, i train 3 sometimes 4 hours, a day and it is all lifting which is anaerobic an it us more preassure on the muscles, so no, what u need is streaching, because when ur muscles get pumped or tired u have to let the blood flow through them again and tht is why u streach. ur doing a grat job and i think swiming and lifting is the best two things u can combine so stick to it and dont be afraid to do more if you feel like it

if you feel sore before a workout then dont workout. If you still feel the need to do some exercise then do something light like a run. Otherwise no, you're not overworking them, also alternate muscle groups

You need to increase your fluid intake, try mixing 1/2 apple juice with water.

Also use the sauna/hot tub for at least 10 min after exercising, it will break down the lactic acid buildup...

Well you have to give your body a break sometime. Once you let your body rest and your muscles recuperate, then you'll feel stronger and more energetic the next time you work out.
