hi i'm an international student from europe and i attend the university in minnesota now.
i love pizza and i make home made pizza at home a lot.
when i got here i went to cub foods and raibow foods and looked for pizza sauce but there's only canned sauce there.
can is no good cuz it only lasts for less than 5 days once you open it.
where can i buy a good pizza sauce in the us?

I'm sure if you went to any pizzeria, they would be happy to sell you some of their sauce.

The easiest way to make pizza sauce is using tomatoes.

Boil Tomatoes and skin them. heat some olive oil and fry some chopped garlic in it. Blend the peeled tomatoes and fry in the oil till the tomatoes leave the oil(well done).

Add salt and a little black pepper and some tobasco/hot sauce (if u like it spicey.)

Try it and let me know how you like it. I have a recipe for white sauce too.

I don't know where you are, but you can always purchase direct from your favorite manufacturer. Or go to Zabar on line or Pastosa on line. Pastosa has GR8 italian specialty items!
