Interesting question. I believe the answer is 'scientists don't think so' (and I'm pretty sure they will have looked into it, given how big a problem AIDs is in Africa). The AIDs virus is pretty fragile, I don't think it would live long enough inside a mosquito. To infect the next person the mosquito bit, the virus would have to avoid the mosquito digesting it, live long enough for the mosquito to get hungry again, and get from the mosquito's stomach to its salivary glands: mosquito-borne diseases like malaria have special adaptations to do all that (malaria blocks the mosquito's digestion and infects the mosquito), but the AIDs virus doesn't: it's designed to infect human (originally chimpanzee) immune system and nervous system cells, not mosquito stomach wall or salivary gland cells.

No Nola mosquitoes could bite a person who has aids but they do not inject the aids virus when they bite. I live in Chincoteague VA an island surrounded by marshland (where mosquitoes live). If they caused aids people would be dropping like flies here. But no cases have been found.

as aids is an imune system based disease YES it can be carried by mosquitosfrom person to person if they drink from an infected person and then a non infected person the chances are slim but under the right conditions it would in theory be possible.
as for if they can be infected that is adifferent question and i have no idea.
