are you asking why do your fingers and skin shrivle up when in the water too long...it is because they get water logged..they can only absorb so much water before they look like a raisin or a prune..lol

Your fingers...and pretty much every part of you have natural oils right??? Well after being in water for a while this oils get washed away and since the oils help prevent the water form getting in your skin...when the oils are gone the water goes in youe skin...look up diffusion on google or something...it'll explain why the water goes in your skin...
