Sincerity, honesty, credibility, good rapport, occasionally treat of meals and drinks. Most important of all, your product knowledge. Understand your customer's likes and dislikes, and action accordingly. Praise your customer for his clothing, knowledge etc. Show your interest in what he does, and just treat it as getting to know a new friend. After the deal is closed, follow up accordingly and must keep in contact.
