Yes. There's a big difference. A spiritual person may not have a "religion" just like a "religious" person may not have any real "spirituality". Though combining the two would mean that there would be a religious person with a strong spirituality. In my opinion, that would be the best of both worlds.

Yes. Spirituality does not have to involve religion or God. Even an atheist can be spiritual. It is an inner feeling.
Religion is more towards organization based on common beliefs of a community or society. Normally involves a central figure. Call it God or whatever. Normally it is practiced by lots of people.

Religion and religious are terms used mainly by Christians, or those who have a God-centered faith. Spirituality is a term that is usually used by those who believe they are living rightfully without sin, but do not base their beliefs around God, or on one central being. In other words, Religion is more belonging to a group, while Spirituality is more individual.

Yes. Religions were created by man and contain specific demands and rituals. Spirituality is your belief in, or relationship with, God (or whatever name you want to give it). It means you believe in a source or higher power. It does not require you to go to church every week and recite prayers about how "unworthy" you are. I am very spiritual but NOT religious. I've studied numerous religions and continue to do so but I "take the best and leave the rest" from each of them.

I would like to clarify the terms that you laid out. First off, Christianity is not a religion, it is a relationship, with Christ and fellow believers. To analogize, religion is like a person standing over someone in wheelchair and demanding that they get up and walk, Christ picks you up out of the chair and carries you on His shoulders, that is the essence of true Christianity.
Spiritualism is a very loose term. To me, someone can claim to be spiritual and worship demons. It allows for the individual to make up their own beliefs and worship whomever or whatever they wish. The unfortunate thing is, these individuals are deceiving themselves. The truth is, spirituality and a dollar will get you a cup of coffee, but won't get you near the kingdom of God.

Yes, Not all religions are of the teachings of the word of God. Religions today have fallen awas from spirituality and lean towards money and building bigger churches to bring in more money. More members means more money.
Spirituality is being in the spirit and holding onto the word of God and living your life according to that word. Spirituality is like being one with God through constand prayer, and study of the Holy bible every day.

Yes I would.
Religion is focused spiritual belief in a concept, while spirituality is just belief in a subject. There aren't any specifics there.
