No one will know which Amex card is harder to get. You may be refering to the Centurion Black card or the Platinum Charge card which is by invitation only after you have been a use of either the Green or Gold amex card.

Amex Gold vs Delta

The Delta skymiles card allows you to earn points which are transfered to your Skymiles account. This card will only appeal to the Delta Skymiles member and frequent flyer.

The Amex Gold card is a reward card based on Membership Rewards. Membership Rewards has 24 airline partner, 15 hotel partners and many other travel and shopping rewards. With this card, you earn membership reward points and you can transfer points to airmiles for partner airlines (Delta included) at a one for one ration.

Blue vs Blue Cash

Blue

The Blue card is a reward card that is almost identical to the Amex Gold Card. Unlike the Amex Gold, the Blue card is a credit card (not charge card like the Amex Gold) and has no annual fee (vs $150 for the Amex Gold). The reward program for the Blue Card is the Membership Rewards Option which is almost identical to the regular Membership Rewards program. The only difference is that you need 2 points to convert to 1 air miles (versus just 1 point for the regular program). Thus you can consider the Blue as a no annual fee version of the Amex Gold.

Blue Cash

This is actually a tiered cash rebate card. Once your annual spending exceeds $6,500, you earn 5% cash rebate for purchases at standalone supermarkets, gasoline stations and drugstores. You earn 1% rebates on all other purchases. When your annual spending is less than $6,500, the rebates you earn are 1% and 0.5% respectively. You can earn rebates for up to $50,000 in annual spending.

You might check out the site I've linked.

Go to the credit forum and you will find "many" Amex threads about all of the questions you have asked.

There is also a link at the top of the page - to the right - titled CreditPulls. That link will provide information on if someone was approved for what card with what score etc.
