While I feel sorry for you since you did not choose to enter and stay illegally, you should go back to whatever country you're from and do it the right way.

On the other hand, you could get an attorney, there are probably loopholes...there are millions of you here...it doesn't look like they're making much effort to get rid of you anyway.

i'm not sure on the number of years, but do you have proof that you have been living and working here? you might be able to get a residence card. Do you live or is a relative a legal resident in the us? they might be able to apply for you as well, and it might have been easier if they did it before now. Well, hopefully it is not too late. Best to ask your local ambassador or immigration office in San Fernando Valley. best to you, be safe.

You are in a position that about 10-20 million people are in.

since you entered illegally, you CANNOT obtain any immigration benefits...they're going to ask for an entry visa, which you do not have.

You best "hope" is to leave the country, ask your fiance (girlfriend) to petition for an fiance visa, and do it the legal way.

OR....

You can wait another 1 or 2 years and pray that a new law is passed....

OR

You can stay here illegally....forever.

Go to the immigration office and start the paperwork. If you can afford it you can go and get an immigration attorney.
