Red Bull, Mountain Dew, or Mellow Yellow. I just usually drink some kind of tea. I can't have caffiene right now, because of the meds that I am on.

For quick energy, eat a bananananana (spelling wrong so what)
That's what bicyclers do to get that quick boost of energy in a marathon.
Also, a few cups of coffee and 2 "Day-Time" decongestant (over the counter) pills will make you feel good and stay awake for 8 hours.

You could try the tab energy drink that just came out, or red bull....both will give you energy. Green tea or black tea also have caffiene in them....really good with cream and sweetener...much lighter flavor than coffee. Otherwise, try good old mountain dew...loads of sugar and caffiene. I would try the energy drinks or the tea, though, because you can get them in sugar free versions....much healthier!! Good luck! I hate working nights, too :-(

You may not like regular coffee, but experament with flavored coffees, even if it's hazelnut creamer from the grocery store. I can't stand black coffee, but I absolutely love it if there is some sort of flavor to it. Best of all, there's plenty of caffene! Good luck!!

Try iced tea. It has as much caffine as coffee, if not more and it is very low cal if you drink it unsweetened or with splenda.
