Anything is possible. It really just depends on HOW MUCH you love that person. Its like how married people love their spouses but like the other person they are cheating on. Yes. Its very possible.

Personally NO. If you are truly in love, not lust and not puppy love, you can't feel anything similar for someone else. You can have friends you like but not romantically. Love is fantastic, you think of no one but the one you love.
