Cats range in lifespans as do humans. Considering proper veterinary care, check-ups, and health an indoor house cat can live anywhere between 12-15 years.
The Siamese and Manx breeds have been known to being some of the longest-lived pedigreed cats.
Facts:
*- According to the Guinness Book of World Records in 2002 the oldest living cat was then a cat from Victoria, Australia, named Kataleena Lady, was born in 1977.
*- Another source says the longest-lived cat was in Devon, England; a tabby named Puss, who passed on shortly after his 36th birthday, in 1939

I don't know about siamese but cats in general live around 15 years. I've got a bad tempered tabby who's 13 and will probably live till he's 25.

When I got my flame point Siamese seven years ago, the vet told me they have a life span of 20 to 30 years. So, kick back and enjoy your kitty.
