I look for four things . . . .
communication, trust/honesty, faithfulness and respect. These are in no particular order - I expect to have them ALL in a relationship. I won't settle for less.
I don't think in today's world that I'm being "too picky". There's no reason a woman (or a man) doesn't deserve these things.
I expect my partner to be able to talk to me about when something's wrong, if I have upset him or if he's just having a bad day. I like to share the happy things, as well. I expect my man to be honest with me, not cheat on me and for me to be able to trust that he isn't. I demand respect. There's no reason why this shouldn't be a part of a healthy, wonderful partnership!
In my opinion, without these things . . . you have nothing! I guess if I AM being "too picky", then I'll probably stay single for the rest of my life! LOL (AND I'll be "happy")
Pick ME for the two points, PLEEEAASE!!!!!

A stable relationship with good sex. (security) The woman takes the most physical hardship (such as birth) , but its a 2way road if the woman takes off with another man with the kids after stress takes over and the wife is getting picked up just going to the super market 5 times a day while the man is at a job unliked 8+ hours aday to put food on the table !

That depends....
1. some women want money, power, and lots of stuff
2. some women want good looking men
3. some women want commitment and a relationship
4. some women want responsibility, a family man
Find out what the woman is looking for. It's best if you match that with what you want as well. If you fake it, then the relationship is doomed. Of course, this isn't an all-inclusive list.

many things but the one and most important is love and a real friend we want friends to be there for us when we need them!!
thier companinoship and the rest will come eventually!! but the point is girls are just looking for guys who trully luv us not just by what we look like from the outside but rather that they take intrest in some of the things we enjoy and luv us for who we are...i hope i answered ur question just be honest with this special person and everything will be ok...don't be a jerk and not in front of her nor behind her back!!! j/k lol

Honesty, but not being too honest (if she looks fat, lie!)
Fun (we love to laugh and have a good time)
Sensitivity (you don't have to cry during the movie, but admitting that you like a chick flick isn't a crime)
Passion (there should be more on your mind then sex, but when it's on your mind, let us feel it)
Forgiveness/Understanding (you can be a pain in the *** too, so if we can let it go you can let it go)
....yeah that's just some of it. But you have to be yourself. No one wants to be in a phony relationship.

well most of use women are looking for.and honest guy who will be open, loyal,understanding and for someone who will love us for who we are.and not care what we look like on the out side.since the inside is what counts.I mean if a woman had a good heart then it shouldnt matter what we look like ont he outside. good luck

a guy who listens. a guy who is willing to give a little in exchange. a guy who wants a two way relationship, not a "you give, i take" thing. We want sweeties who are thoughtufl and consider our feelings. we want flowers on random days and signs that you weird other half of the human race actually think about us.

well 4 me, I look 4 a companion, someone I can fun with, and who will go at my pace, who I can picture myself marrying somday and always being married to them, but I feep tht part to myself, I want a guy who is deep and who wouldnt walk out during an argument, who wont spend ALL his time on the TV or the comp. someone who I could love, and who understands me... but not all the time

honesty and some one who really cares and loves her for who she is a women wants some one to call her tell her you love her and tell her how you feel.
