i am a homless bum with no money or communication device. how can i stop being a homeless 10 year old? anyone have a home for me? i am really ugly and smelly but that shouldnt matter.

Well why don't you start a campaign program with events in your community. Some suggestions:
Start a community-wide "Adopt a Homeless Bum Week"
Write a book "Homeless Bums Need Love too."
Put out little collection jars at the convenience stores.
Get your local banks to take up a collection to buy you a "communication device" for Christmas.
Put your own picture on milk cartons:
Homeless Bum, age 10, last seen in........
Go to a public restroom and take a sponge bath in the sink.

I assume then you are using the internet computer at the Library?
The only way you can stop being a homeless bum is to get up on those little feet of yours, walk down the street to your mommy and daddies house ( uh.. they're not homeless either are they?) Walk in the door, Holler "MOM DAD I"M HOME", ( I'm sure they'll be very happy to see you, I hope) take your self upstairs to the bath and wash the ugly and the stink off yourself, and settle in.

And don't ever take off from home again young lady.

I have four or five AA degrees ,( Computer science web , Computer science business applications, mechanical drafting , machining [metal tech] and liberal arts ) and the only PC I have is the one in the library (schools or public library)

I have all of these degrees but no job WHATS UP WITH THAT !

I have to work bum jobs and mostly from home owners.
There is one tha really p!ssed me off in that he was a son of an illegal doing security gaurd work ( it seemed to me that he could not read because his badge was upside down) yet he said he was making $15 hr.
His wife was an illegal.

I use to be able to program but without a computer , and the apporpriate programs [It takes a program to write and compile a program , web applications like HTML are really just formating languages and not programing ], to use that skill , limited as it was , is quickly disappeariing

I think you are full of crap. No communication? How did you get a computer to get on here? If you were homeless and ten years old, someone would of reported it and you'd be in a shelter or foster care. Being ugly you can't help, but taking a bath is optional. Why are you wasting people's time lying on here? I know it was a hypothetical question, right?
