If you are a follower of Christ, then certainly you are. A disciple is really nothing more than that in different words. A disciple is one who follows someone and their teachings and commits themselves in some way to them. Not so complicated.
As for the 12 disciples of the Gospels, they are The Disciples (Capital letters, stress the "the"), but we are all disciples if we follow the Lord.

Yes, if you are studying and praying and attempting to follow the Christ, you are a disciple. Christ Jesus commanded the apostles to make disciples before he ascended.
A disciple is a student. You obviously meet the requirements.

John 8:31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, [then] are ye my disciples indeed;
That would apply to Gentiles as well.....

Yes, you are a disciple of Christ, you are also a saint according to the bible, you are also called a child of GOD in the bible and ultimately in the end you will be the bride of Christ.
They are all one in the same, just different names to describe different aspects of our relationship to GOD
