No. I have neither a clear view into other people's hearts nor a clear understanding of what the Heaven/Hell standards are. Leave the judging up to God.

The bible teaches us to judge or we may be judged by the same judgment that we pass on someone else. The Bible also say that you shall know the tree by the fruit that it bears. As far as judging goes you do not know the intent of the heart but you can look at the kind of life a person is living and have some what of a idea if that person will go to heaven or hell

There is no fiery burning hell; that's a manmade idea, not Almighty God's. : “The soul that is sinning—it itself will die.” (Ezekiel 18:4, 20)
God created man from the earth to live on the earth. God did not create humans to live in heaven, but he does have a marvelous family of obedient sons in the heavens. These are not creatures of blood and flesh, for they were created before our earth was created upon which we creatures of blood and flesh now live. So those heavenly “sons of God” are spirit, as God himself is, and they are absolutely distinct in nature from us earthly human creatures.
But now we all grow old and die because of the rebellion of Adam and Eve. However, God’s original purpose for the earth will still be fulfilled. In the beginning it was God’s purpose for obedient humans to live forever in an earthly Paradise. And God never fails to accomplish what he purposes! His Word plainly promises: “The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it.”—Psalm 37:29.
But we do have the very real hope of the resurrection and the opportunity to live forever in paradise right here on the earth. The Bible tells how Jehovah will bring this about.

No. That is not my job. God is the only one with that ability. I can merely make suggestions.
However, It seems that everyone in America is going to Hell. After all, God hates America, Sweden, and Canada. I know this because I read it on a website. And as we all know... the WWW does not lie. (*s)

You can judge enough to protect yourself or to help someone who may not be saved, but not to judge for no reason.
The ten commandments are the measure to use and love of the Lord and the neighbor.

Of course. Without personally judging others, how else would we be able to form a moral viewpoint?
