Welcome to the wonderful world of being a daddy! What you are feeling is a very normal thing. Men can sometimes experience the same emotions of the pregnant woman. Will you be assisting in the birth? If so I hope you will have the stomach for it. Men tend to be very squeamish at the site of child birth. Men have also been known to faint, cry and whatever else his emotions would allow. I wish you luck for the new little bundle of joy.

Probably just stress about the whole thing. Or you could be going through the 'male pregnancy'. That's a psychological phenomenon; it's when the father sympathises so much with the mother of the coming child that he develops symptoms of pregnancy. Sounds ridiculous, but it happens! :)) I don't know if that's your case though; maybe just stress!

It is definitely normal. It's nerves and the anticipation. You need to relax and let things happen naturally. Staying tense is just going to make you tired and go spastic when it actually does happen. You are going to lose control if yo ulet it get to you.

Just continue with life as normal. Wait for your g/f to give you the sign.

Gosh dad just relax it is actually the most rewarding experience of your life. If you are going to be there with her to watch your new baby come into this world at least be of some help to her instead of passing out, okay.

Yes it is normal. Just a little anxiety. Try to find something distracting to occupy your mind, read a good book, listen to some relaxation tapes.

You're obviously anxious and nervous... which it good! You care and are concerned. Be careful in the delivery room though... If you feel a bit nausious now, you may just pass out when she's in labor.
