I heard Lamech was beaten by the ugly stick more than once. But then again, he had mulitple wives, so he couldn't have been that bad.

Religion makes people ugly. Not all, and not necessarily physically, either, but many religious people have an ugly interior.

The Bible doesn't actually point out if people were ugly, so I have no clue. You would probably find that in some extra theological research and readings!

To seriously answer your question it might be Esau (look him up) He was pretty hairy. Cain was marked so people would know who he was so it might have been him as well. If you are seriously curious I won't have to tell you why he was cursed and where to find this story...
