He told me that if he drank pineapple juice...his soup would taste like pineapple...making it more appealing for me to be oral...is this true?

While it's true that certain foods *can* change the taste of semen, I've never heard that fruit juices could "sweeten" the taste of the discharge.
For example, don't have him eat Artichokes, or a huge amount of Garlic, if you don't like a strong and bitter taste.
I'm sure that others have experimented more than I have.

While I do know that certain foods can change the flavor, I am unsure of pineapples' effect. I am FAIRLY certain that it won't taste exactly like the fruit, ...try passion fruit, I heard that's good...

If his intestines and/or liver are messed up, then yes.
(I have a genetic intestinal disorder -- it causes all sorts of changes including change in hair and sweat).
If he's healthy, then I'd say he's just trying to get you to do the nasty.
