What the heck kind of marketing oxymoron is fat-free half&half? Has anyone tried it as a substitute? Thumbs up or thumbs down?

You laugh, but that stuff seems to sell pretty well. My store carries the Land O Lakes kind, and the pints and quarts both sell well. There must be something Thumbs up about it

It works, but I use plain fat free yogurt instead. Use the same volumne of yogurt as your recipe specifies for the half and half. Y'can't taste the difference.

I've used Land -O-Lakes fat free half and half and it's OK in coffee.

The pudding likely has sugar in it. it will improve your blood sugar. i'd say maximum in all probability you pick to no longer worry about this. purely be better carefull the subsequent time.

Don't know....I've heard it's consistency is good but its still 10% fat. Haven't used it myself though.
