Both are fascist organizations, so it wouldn't surprise me.

If you are referring to Dr. James Dobson, founder of Focus on the Family, he was never a member of the KKK. Jim Daly is the current president of Focus on the Family. If you are referring to him, here is a website with his biography http://www.family.org/welcome/bios/a0035650.cfm.

Most likely no, but would it matter if he was ???
What we are in the past, drug adict, sinner, lier, theft or a bigot, once we find Christ and repent, we are a new creature and we get a clean slate.
Paul ( who used to be Saul) was the biggest killer of Chrsitians and become one of the most known and wrote more books of the bible than anyone else.
So it does not matter does it, Why are you worried about it, what are you trying to prove by asking ??

As much as the press likes to go after James Dobson, if he had been a member of the KKK, don't you think the whole world would know it??

Yes, its well documented I believe. Either that or I'm thinking of another group. Focus on the Family is also a violent group, basicly at the same level as the KKK.

I don't know, but if he was, the operative word is "previously."
There are former abortionists who are now ardent pro-life activists.
There are former felons who are now model citizens.
There are former prostitutes who are now wives, mothers, and devout Christians.
There are even women who didn't really believe in God and who had a baby at age 17, who are now devout Catholics. (I see one every time I look in a mirror.)
The point: people change. Give them a chance to change -- and if they do change, don't hold their past against them.

Dr. James Dobson? That's pretty far-fetched. You ever listen to him?
