well first you would have to figure out what your limiting ingrediant would be...Im going to say its the flour...there are a little over 3 1/2 cups of flour in one pound of flour and we have 2 pounds so then we have 7 cups of flour and a normal size two layer cake would require about 2 1/4 cups of flour each so we only have enough flour for 3 cakes....Ok so that means that Im going to say that you can make 3 cakes.

Add 2 Lbs of eggs and you can get 2 pound cakes.
