A great steak needs no sauce and no I'm not a snob, I just make good steak! Sauce is only there to cover up a bad tasting or tough steak!

I am a snob. If a steak needs steak sauce, send it back to kitchen. There is something wrong with it.

A good steak doesn't need any sauce to it.Unless you are using a cheap meat then please do use strong sauce.Other than that why not change your taste to chicken where you sure need sauces to blend with the meat, remember the white wine too.

11/2 stick butter
1 lemon halved, squeezed, rinds thrown in
3 garlic cloves, pressed, chopped, or diced
melt and let flavors marry (that means combine)
you can adjust this acording to your taste and add a little garlic salt, pepper (coarse is best), or whatever you like. Try basic recipe first.
