Yes, it's called GET UP OFF YOUR A** and GO TO WORK!!
My parents made me get a job and earn money to pay for what I wanted. Nobody handed me anything. Laziness and Procrastination are what made the Welfare state we live in now.

Yes. You a little more stuff a little bit sooner and eventually you find you are doing better. It's a new way of living you have to teach yourself. I started giving myself points in a little book every time I did something I thought was important with different amounts of points depending on what it was (studying, excersize, projects, even hanging with friends). I have way more average points than I ever used to. It's weird but make up something that works for you and don't give yourself a hard time, cause than you won't want to do anything.

Those are probably my WORST faults! LOL! Actually, the only thing that helps me is to FOCUS. Not only on the goal at hand and how it will benefit you (completing the task), but the downside, the consequences of NOT completing the task on time.

understanding that you are that way and working hard to stop...but its hard for lazy people to commit to anything that hard.I recognize that my house gets sloppy quick, and I push myself to get out of the worn in spot in my couch..and get up and clean.
