I have a urinalysis test in the morning and I smoked marijuana 4 days ago, what do I do?

well alot of it depends on how often, & how much u use..,and your body fat mass.... but you can drink as much very very cold water for the next couple days, and then the am of your test, drink as much of ice cold water that you possibly can-hopefully the full gallon, and urinate often before. Also, take Vitamin B-complex supplements, and/or AZO-Urinary tract supplements and/or goldenseal for the next several days, they help cleanse & will also add the "yellowish" color back to "clean" urine - so as not to be ?'d at testing day.., or get a clean sample from a trusting friend/family member - preferrably of the same sex & make sure it's at least 2oz.-3oz..&98'6 degrees or close, keep warm between legs with a therma-guard heat patch(which also will act as a adhesive) Good luck

Go to GNC or another supplement store and buy a cleaner. (Total Eclipse is one that worked for me numerous of times) It advises that you dont smoke within 48 hours of your test so your fine. You also have to drink a lot of water to flush out your system. I drank a gallon. The water is more to get the THC out of you and dilute your piss. The drink is to fill you up with creatine and other nutrients that the urinalysis will test for.

If you are an occasional user-Not to worry! If you are a heavy user-Start worrying now! Ive taken those and passed with flying colors after just a couple days of use but i rarely touch it. If you are heavy you are pretty much going to need seven long days of alot of exercise and water non-stop.
