Do you think we are in the end times?

For a few reasons and those will follow:
1) Hollywood won't accept that a movie like Passion of the Christ is good enough for any award and most of the celebrities and movie stars don't believe in God.
2) Prayer is no longer in schools like it was when my parents were going to school.
3) PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH - I don't know the details (correct me if I'm wrong) is REMOVING THE PLEDGE OF ALLIEGANCE FROM PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
4. You can't pray in school. I do anyway!

FYI: I don't act like I'm offended to any religion and I wouldn't make a deal about it like one of y'all said, but everyone has the right to pray in school. You don't have to be Christian to do it and that's a fact. If we had to stop doing every little thing because people got offended, I wouldn't be able to do anything.

Why are people so rude? You can be discriminating, but in a nice way like clarifying something and you don't pray to God so you'll do well on a test - I don't anyway. Thank you to the person that says I totally agree with you and the last answer on here right now. Why are there so many mean people on here? God bless y'all and God bless America even if you don't believe in God. There - I just pushed my religion onto y'all. :-P...but people can express themselves... and i pray in class... you shouldn't be limited in that way... i wouldn't preach over the intercom because then you're "pushing your religion onto some of y'all atheists. Whatever. You'll find out what's right in the end.

I'm making a point here.
What's the deal with atheists. They're all retarted. The person who answered my first question needs to get a life. Do you get enjoyment out of putting others down? If you put me down without even knowing me or what I like, all of that, that ticks me off, and I'll call you retarted.

I am so glad you still pray in school. Keep doing it and let those other jerks go to Hell where they belong if they still want to worship their "false gods". We, as Christians, will worship the one "True God" and live forever. Yes, I do believe that the Lord will return soon but this is only the "beginning of sorrows" as the Bible calls it. Did anyone notice that the world is getting worse because Christians are not allowed to pray in school? Since those false religions have come into our country, things have slowly begun to deteriorate because the devil has his hand in all of this. If people want to come to this country, let them follow the Lord or go back to their war-torn country and keep their religions there. Christianity is not a religion; it is the truth. If they don't feel the same way, that is their problem and we will find out in the end; won't we.

I am sick and tired of people coming here and wanting us to change our nationality because they want it to be theirs. Do you think that you could go to their country and do the same? NOT!!! This is breeding prejudice by the way because I hate to be pushed around and lose all of our jobs to/by "foreigners". If people coming here don't like our customs - go back to your hell hole and stay there then we will have more jobs for our own. That is my opinion and it may not express the opinion of others but it is my opinion. I wasn't prejudice but now am becoming prejudice because of them pushing their customs on me and taking all of our jobs. We are being taken advantage of and used by those same people. They use these things against us for their own gain and I hate it. Thank you for your question.

I wouldn't lean upon those things as signs that we are in the End Times, but I think that we are in the End Times.

I'd keep an eye out for the temple being rebuilt in Jerusalem. There are sites that show the things necessary to equip the temple when they finally build it. Now that Israel is mainly behind their borders I think that we are seeing that come about.

If something happens to the Dome of the Rock Mosque, don't be too surprised. Also, I'm not sure when this will happen, but Damascus will be a city no more ( Isaiah 17 ) , that prophecy hasn't happened yet. Be careful with Matthew 24, it is not talking about the rapture there and a lot of Christians say that it is.

I don't want to tell you that your veiws are wrong, but I certainly do not agree with them.

The Passion of Christ, which I haven't seen, may very well be a fantastic movie, but is there one that the critics like more? Perhaps.

"Seperation of church and state." What if a, oh, say a Hindu went to school and was forced to beg forgivness from Jesus? That would suck. What if you were forced to pray to Ganesh? If you want to worship God, go to church and worship him on your time, not anyone else's.

Removing the Pledge of Alliegance is silly. It is as much a part of our culture as the Star Spangled Banner. If you don't wish to say "Under God" just be quiet while everyone else does.

Why do you pray in school? Are you nervous about a test or something?

Well i believe the end time is near because of the world in general and the earths reactions. in the last days the bible says there will be great storms and earthquakes. many wars. Plus look at how the greatest country in the world is now turning from Christ. I believe the lord only holds back his wrath because as a whole America is still mostly god fearing. and yes that's a fact. "most of America is god fearing"

Prayer isn't removed from schools, having a teacher lead a prayer is removed. The Passion of the Christ was a splatter flic on par with the Texas Chainsaw Massacre (which didn't win any awards either) How do you know most celebrities don't believe in God? Did you poll them?

1. Sorry, but although it had good cinematography and had Monica Bellucci, The Passion of the Christ really wasn't that good.

2. Prayer isn't in schools like it was in your parents' day because it is wrong for public schools to endorse any religion over another. Children, teachers, and administrators can say their prayers before they get to school; they don't need to do it there.

3. Bush is not trying to remove the Pledge of Allegiance. By the way, no one wants to remove the Pledge of Allegiance, some of us just want it said the way it was originally written. The "under God" thing was added in the 1950s because they were afraid of communists hiding in the desks.

4. You CAN pray in school, just not out loud during class time. You can pray silently during classtime or in the library. You can pray out loud during lunch. You can go to student-sponsored Bible studies after class. No one is trying to remove your right to pray in school. We just want it to be a private matter between consenting people and not preached at us over the intercom or over the mic during our graduation.

I was forced to attend a religious ceremony at my public school. I was in the orchestra, and our conductor made it mandatory that we play for the baccalaureate. If baccalaureates were held in churches like they should be instead of schools, I wouldn't have to listen to 2 hours of preaching AGAINST MY WILL, and that is illegal.

It has nothing to do with end times. Whose prayer do you want in schools? Yours? What if someone doesn't agree with that prayer and wants their's? Will you agree? Now you see why prayer is not good in schools. What if a Muslim student wants to pray 3 times facing Mecca? Then what? Should we comply? If not, why? Is it because it is against your belief? Don't give the tired old statement "This is a Christian country"...it is not.

I read that in some school some Catholics wanted Yoga removed from the school because it was related to Hinduism and that it was the work of the Devil....LOL!!!! LOL!!!! LOL!!!

The doctrine of the New Jerusalem was given years ago. Approximately 260 years ago to be exact.

It is going to take time to get used to the fact that the New Jerusalem is just a church and it started out small in anyone who will accept it much like the early Christian church.

I'm muslim and the teachers let me pray at school, the teachers are so sensitive about insulting me so sometimes i take advatage of that. Don't get me wrong i still pray but i'm still a kid and know when i can do something without getting in trouble. And when the end of time is near i'll call you up.

Anyone who subscribes to any religion that has as it's end goal the destruction of the world is a total dweeb idiot. I find it disturbing that because you can't face the fact you don't know something, you jump on the first manure wagon that passes by and call it "Truth" .

GOD THEORY - The accumulated myths and superstitions of your ancestors which have been dogmatized, institutionalized and mounded into the colossal pile of crap you call ultimate truth.
