10%. if they serve you with a smile, or get the pizza to you quickly, tip them more, up to 20% or more if you are extremely satisfied with the quality of the product, honestly, we tip our pizza guy, like 15% to 17% and they tell us at the pizza place when our name comes up for delivery, they fight over who delivers it, because they know we always tip good, and the pizza always gets here faster than the people that live accross the street from us when they order from the same place! it might be unfair, but when you reward good service, you arent just paying the guy for gas, your paying for good service next time.
if they take forever, have problems finding where you live, (especially when your address is not a difficult address to find) when they get your order wrong, when they are rude, tip them less.
i dont do it, but my husband has honestly said to a guy that said "hey wheres my tip?" he said "my tip is, dont serve me next time" and shut the door!!!!! i couldent believe it! but the food was awful, and he took 45 minutes getting to our house when they arent even a mile away from where we live. they told us on the phone when we ordered it would be 25 minutes to a half an hour. the delivery guy calls us up after 45 minutes and says "i cannot find your house!" and i kept telling him we were at the end of the col-de-sak... he didnt get it. our food was cold, and honestly i didnt really want to tip him anything either, but i thought we should have at least gave him $1.

Well depends on if it was on time and they are friendly. Just remember that at times its a delivery girl ...
Usually we tip $2-4 becuase u do have to remember their is a delivery fee already attached to your total.

At least $5 - if I am that lazy to not want to leave my house for 10 minutes to pick up a pizza - then I say he deserves at least $5.
Now I'm hungry for pizza...

10% beacuse it's a short/quick/easy delivery. A waiter/waitress runs his/her tail off for your whole meal and only commands 15%...sometimes a little more. So this is my logic.
If you can't afford 10%, then you shouldn't feel ashamed to reward as you can afford.

Nothing. We don't tip in my country and I had a lot of trouble coming to terms with it in North America. Why can't kids in hospitality be paid a decent award wage? They shouldn't have to rely on tips.

Depends on the size of the order. Usually $2. All he did was bring it over. It's not like he cooked it and is going to serve it to you.
