If the eggs are straight from the refrigerator. 12-15 minutes, depending on your taste preferences. Put the eggs in your pan, add water until the eggs are covered. Bring to a boil and then start counting the minutes. I also like to throw a little kosher salt into the water.

Don't forget to place them in cold water right away to stop the cooking process.

Between 12 and 20 minutes, depending upon the coolness of the eggs and when they are introduced to the water (before boiling point or at boiling point).

Usually it only takes 20-30 minutes. Add salt to your boiling water. I find that this helps in peeling the egg shell better. And be sure to put your eggs under cold water to stop the cooking process.

For no 'green' around the yolk when making hard boild eggs... put them in a cold pan and cover with cold water. When they come to a boil time for three minutes. Remove from heat and place a cover over them for 15 minutes. Pour off hot water and douse in ice and cold water. Let sit for 15 minutes and peel.
Perfect eggs everytime!

Start with eggs in cool water(hot water will crack them)and boil at least 10 minutes, longer if you have them doubled on top of each other.
I always put a "test egg" in to make sure they get done enough.

put eggs in a pot of cold water. Bring the pot to a boil. When the water starts to boil, take it off the unit, put a lid on the pot and let the eggs sit for 20 minutes. Works flawlessly!
