All illegals need to be deported. But problem is these women are coming in having children here and you cannot deport a citizen. So the illegal mother gets to stay here with her citizen baby.
All illegals need to be deported right back to their country and come here the right way whether they have legal children here or not. When they become 18 then they are allowed back in. Until then get out!!

Well believe me.. it may be too late... I just sent in an article to the newspaper today on that subject and it is something that all TRUE blooded Americans should pay VERY close attention to this invasion.. Yes.. it is a very definite invasion. Here is the article that I wrote:
Genesis of a Third Political Party
If the Mexican Government, Pres. Bush, John McCain, Janet Napolitano and other left wingers get their way, a third political party will continue to be formed in the U.S. No, I am not talking about the Independent Party. I am referring to a third party possibly named “The Chicano Party”. This group is and has been pushing for an amnesty program that will legalize the 20 million illegals presently in the U.S. (not the 12 million that the Government wants you to believe). When this occurs, each illegal will be allowed to bring in all their extended family members to become citizens swelling the Latino voting members of this country to well over 150,000,000. In view that this is a very calculated effort by Mexico and left wingers in this country to take over the country, they would all be dictated to vote for their candidate wherever and for whatever position that person is a candidate for. This has already happened in most cities and towns all along the border and now being poised to stretch out throughout the U.S. The success depends on the acceptance of the amnesty program that is presently being pushed by Arizona Governor Napolitano, Senator John McCain, President Bush and quite a number of other pro-Mexican politicians at the Washington and states’ level.

i am currently painting an apt. complex where a very large proportion of immigrants live. i have no qualms with those who earned their right like immigrants 50 years ago who had a way to support themselves when arriving. now it seems this country will move towards legalized slavery again so they don't have to pay any benefits to any 1 but the upper 15% of society. where does that leave you and me. i truly fear for our families. and to top that off, my work has been vandalized several times in the last 2 days as soon as i finished the job. i am NOT happy. evidently they thought they could underbid the job with no intention of spending the money here AND PAY required taxes of legal employers. I'm not kidding folks.you'd have to lie cheat and steal to stay even in this fine nation. i wonder what the tax thing is like overseas.
Columbus has a huge problem that was nonexistent 12 years ago.
now they just stand around all day doing nothing for our tax base.
who's fooling who.
start your own business before your options run out and you are living in a cardboard box with your loved ones.
our jobs are going, going, gone, gone, gone. welcome in the last depression and worse. that is NOT my motto by the way

If you don't get as good of care as the illegals, it means you are middle America. Welcome to the wonderful world of B.O.H.I.C.A. The strong should uphold the meek. Welfare isn't a bad thing-it's just misused sometimes. You people should look up how extremely difficult it is to become a citizen in this country-especially if you're poor. I have a friend who is from Peru, and his family had a tough time gaining citizenship. His father was a prominent member of the Peruvian police force and even made a nice living doing it. It still took them many years to become citizens. And for the record, he is now going from enlisted mechanic billet to Navy pilot. For ***** sake give someone a break for once.

in my opinion- there are 2 paths. a million. end all authorities welfare classes and value controls. This incorporates value helps and company welfare classes, the minimum salary and individual welfare classes and promises them amnesty. 2. Amend the structure to end birthright citizenship and start up deporting human beings. i'd quite see the first. I do believe with out the minimum salary a minimum of get top of entry to point pay will fall. If the going price for present jobs falls- prices and unemployment will fall too.

You need to roll a fatty and chill, all the illegals I know pay taxes and do not collect a refund. The "system" is required by law to inform "all persons" of their rights and entitlements. Where I live they pay $16 per hr to milk cows and here that will buy a home, can they get anyone to work ,nooooooo it's to smelly.
I know a lot more lazy a-- white M.F. on welfare than immigrants.

Yes. Anyone who has disrespected our laws and entered our country illegally should be deported. No question about it. Send them all out of here.
And, oh!, by the way, you need to learn English better if you are an American. What a shame.

You are getting made at the wrong people, you should put this energy into finding and fighting economic terrorist we call illegal employers. If corporations fear loss of business, jail or "the people"they will not hire illegals and won`t be much of a reason to come here. Remember corporations are not people and should not have the same rights as people so don`t have feelings for them because corporations don`t have feelings.

deport them..that sounds good, but who is going to do all the paperwork..there is not nearly enough Border Patrol agents to doit, thanks to the boat laod of paperwork are government has made to deport them....do you realize that I work at least 10 hours a day as is, just returning them to Mexico..if I arrested 10 illegals after my 1st hour of work, and then had to do all the paperwork to deport them, I would have to work for another 30-40 straight hours to get it done....as a station we have under 100 agents, that includes Supervisors and trainees..on most days we have 30 agents in the field each for 10 hours each..that is 300 man hours..the average day we arrest close to 100 illegals..it takes at least 4 hours of paperwork to deport each that is 400 hours of paperwork..so that would mean we work one day in the field..the next day we do paperwork all day and let the illegals come in.....the thing that would help more than anything are other people to do the paperwork..letthe Agents stay inteh field doingthe dangerous work, and some legal secretary type doing the deports

Yep, I tend to concur, I would put it differently, I would not exactly deport them, but in general you are right, they are criminals and they get better care in the system then I do as a US citizen living in Texas
