yes definately, i dropped out with 2 months to go till i graduated to to unfortunate life circumstances and i still regret having a g.e.d.
so go back it sucks but its worth the extra time and believe it or not those will be the best years of ur life so enjoy it while it last, and if ur school offers it look into night school, which can often earn your credits faster to help u catch up

Yes.
I have taught lots of young people who have been in and out of school over the past 14 years. If you want to go and make an effort, it is always worth the effort, if only for reasons of self esteem.
Sometimes, school seems very distant from things you may want to do, but the skills you learn there, even though you may not see it, can be applied to many things you do in the "real world". At the very least, learning how to manage your time and completing things that you may not exactly love helps you in nearly every occupation I can think of... trust me, no matter how much people say the "love what they do" there is something they have to do, that they don't love much. And, when you are starting out in work, that is even more frequently the case than it is when you are established.
Good luck, no matter what you do.

I too spent a year out of high school. I fought and fought with people about going back. Finally, I decided to appease everyone. I finished high school, and went to a local State University. My plan was to show everyone that I couldnt do it. Well, I am just getting ready to apply to get my PhD. Trust me, you wont regret going back, and a year out is nothing in the long run. My family and I still look back and laugh at what I thought was best for my life.
Please, give it another go.

yes its worth going back, because you don't want to regret or think "what if I went back", education is really needed these days, who cares if you fail a year, it show that you have a lot of courage and that you really are smart and thinking for your future if you return to school

As a teacher, and a former GED teacher, it is always best to finish. Even if you are behind a year from your peers (classmates) you are better to continue now.
Ask anyone who has gotten a GED and they will tell you, "I wished I had stayed in school".

EXTREMELY worth it. Your future depends on it. Who cares that you are behind a year. A year is nothing when you think about an entire lifetime!

It depends if you want to do something with the degree then yes. If not then try to find a full time job and see what the options are.

Yes, go back. Everyone I know who dropped out regrets it. The older you get, the more difficult it is, so go back NOW

Yes it is. If you don't graduate, what kind of job do you think you'll be able to get? Think about it, what alternatives do you have? Go back, pass and get on with your life.
