I suppose he knows the same way as you do, or do you look at the loo paper ?? now there is a good question for someone with not too many neurons ..
Do you look / or dont look ....at the loo paper after doing a poop ??

well, usually after you poop, and you wipe, the toilet paper runs smooth thru your butt cheaks..... WELL, i guess when there's no more poop in between the crack, it'll start rubbing against the skin pretty hard....
either that, or he calls in his eye-dog to check it out and give him a woof-woof when it's all gone.....
