i don't know why would he be worried , maybe coz most girls don't do anal i mean it feels great but a lot of girls think it hurts, maybe that's y !

I don't know about him, but I would be concerned about how painful it was for the woman. The anus is not meant for penetration, its tissue ain't as elastic as the vagina, ergo, if not done carefully anal sex can be unpleasant and painful. He may had had a good time, he may be just concerned.
But well, that is just me.

He wanted to know if you liked it or not. He wanted to be sure instead of you just saying you did. Some girls hate it cause it hurts.
