Please tell me. tomorrow i see her im summer school i wanna say hi to her but, we dont have any classes together but there is a 10 minute break,. i wanna say hi to her but its dumb if u just walk up to her and dont evan know her PLZ HELP

This may sound stupid, but just go up to her during the break and say "Hi" and try to start a conversation. If you know anything about her, try to think about things you have in common, and talk about those things. Sometimes you have to take the risk of looking foolish to accomplish a goal.

Just say "hey" whats your name? Carry on a normal conversation like normal and everything will be ok. I know that this sounds stupidd but it will do the trick. Just say "what class did you fail?" "I failed__________." " yeah I hate that subject too!" just go along with it then if it becomes akward dont be afraid to just say i have to get back to class. See you after.
Now if you fell comfortable and only if you do:
while your in class jot down your # and when you walk past her take her hand put it in there and walk away. Now i know i probably sound stupid right now but you should do it because whats to lose? If you dont know her then if she doesnt call you it wont be akward and if she does than you might get a date out of it.

Just walk past her wit ur friends and wave 2 her. If she gives you a positive reaction, tell her 2 come here and just talk 2 her but dont say anything stupid.... or wateva points u earned wit her ur prob gonna loose them.

I would walk past her, on the way across the room, or something. As u pass her, nod politely, and say hi. Don't slow down, or she'll know u like her.

and go from there, be yourself.
