Make a list of names you like, then sit with the kitten & start saying names. Eventually the cat will make a definate response to 1 name. usually by meowing or coming to it. This worked with my kitty Idgie. You'll both be happier if the cat gets say in it's name.
However beware cat names have meaning. They can mold into them very thoroughly. Idgie is named for the wild charictor in Fried green tomaotoes & she is an insolent little thing. I love her but she's a complete nutcase.
Or a runty Kitten named Dragon as a joke grew up into a huge cat agreesive to it's human family and a vicious killer for the surronding small birds & rodents.

Wait to name your cat until you know it's personality and weigh it against his anatomical structure and coloring and such...I've had numerous cats in my lifetime...sometimes it was easy to name a cat and sometimes not...One of my black cats used to try and gently poke his paws at your dinner so I named him pokey, i had a black and white cat (which was a scaredy cat) but she had this pink piggy nose, so I called her piggy...but then I love irony..I found a stray with a wonderful demeanor, dirty, scrawny as can be and named him Hercules. My teacup Chihuahua (no more than 4.6 lbs) is named Zues for his outstanding personality!

Good Luck. Don't think, It'll just come to you naturally and it'll feel right!!

Little grey spots? How is "Sparkle". ? maybe name the kitten after some type of astrological meaning or planet. Kitten sounds cute.
