i have them in my mouth right now and wondering if i can still swalllow my siliva as usual.....cuz it said dont swallow and i'm always spitting to keep my mouth dry

btw its acually a lil messy n sticky when putting it on ur teeth lol but its all good

no i wouldnt recommend it. try lightly biting on a towel, thats what i had to do every time i put them in. it helps absorb the saliva. good luck.

I hated that. I didn't want to swallow it. The best time for me was when I was in the shower and that way the water from the shower washed over my mouth when spit was running down. I usually take about 30 minutes in the shower so it worked out fine.

You shouldn't swallow because the solution is very high in peroxide and can make you sick. Also, be aware that you'll experience an increase in tooth sensitivity for several minutes after the strips come out. It shouldn't last but if it does that could be a problem.

u should spit it out i had the same thing but im telling u those crest white strips really work! so take advantage of it even though its a little messy

It can make you sick to swallow it (the bleach is peroxide-based). I'd recommend spitting it out.

Swallow if you want or don't swallow it's your choice what you do and it's always messy.
