Be picky and have the patience of a saint. There are great people out there in the cyber dating scene...about 3-5% from my experience are worthy. I've had the worst dates of my life off these sites, but I have met two wonderful women who happen to live miles away.
I use online sites to meet women at a core level...in other words, I don't wanna just get laid. I actually try to get to know them BEFORE I sleep with them. It is an uphill battle.....

Online dating DOES NOT WORK!!! It is a LONG SHOT at best and a huge money maker for match.com, yahoo.com, etc, etc,
Almost everyone on the online dating sights is a liar, just out of a relationship or worse.
If you were honest, it would probably also include you. Good luck!
