If they are young i like a cocky guy. i mean not too young but he cant be old like mabey (20-30years of age at the most) and he has to have something to be cocky about. And then if he does he has to back it up.

Cocky is fine in it's place, but it needs to be calmed at other times. I find that a cocky guy is appealing at first but it's not long before he starts to irritate me and I have to kick him to the curb.
