The same way you do at 20, 30, & 40. Seek a counselor out first to help you realize why you're feeling this way and then start becoming a little more selfish with your time. Do things that make you happy. Don't always worry about what is wrong with your life or the world in general. When's the last time you looked at how pretty a sunset is or a butterfly. Sometimes we get so caught up in our own mess we don't pay attention to the miracles that happen everyday right in front of our face

With a nickname like 'just me' it shows.
Look at all the hard work you've accomplished and what your good at and just look at your qualities. And at all the evil that you don'T do.
Get a hobby or practice the ones you have. Be glad that you have lived this long and if your healthy be grateful fo that. And always try to improve yourself everyday. And maybe get to the root of the problem and try to find out why you have low self esteem and insecurity.

Have you suffered this your entire life?...I would highly recommend seeing a mental health counselor..they can be so much help and have such great insight..also remember that sometimes there are clinical reasons to feel this way as well as brain chemical disruptions..so perhaps there are medications they can give you to help you with this...keep a open mind and make an appointment to see someone.

I hate to be blunt but you just have to remind yourself that nobody but you, and maybe your closest family and friends, give a damn about what you look like, what you wear, what you drive, or whatever other issue(s) you may have. We all have to remind ourselves of this. I don't mean that we shouldn't pay compliments to others but so many people seem so wrapped up in what others think of them that two things result: too many fake people and too many people that miss out on lots of cool things in life because they were too worried about what others thought of them.

You're 50 years young. Don't submit this same question on your 55th birthday.

Though I was ONLY 49, leaving my jerk of a husband of 21 years did wonders for me! Good luck. See a therapist. Pray. You deserve to love yourself!
