Hello, I'm not an expert but I will let you know my opinion in the matter. That is a lot of money for only one person, or family. Have you considered perhaps looking up non-profit grants in your community or your state via the internet or going to local community centers wherever you want to open up the Share Home? There is money out there, especially if it involves non-profit community help. Set up a grant proposal and research who you might send it to. There are even books that can help you with the grant or who to contact for help. Again, ask your local community center or community board or state board. That way you have money to start out, even if it's not exactly from 100 people. Hope this is helpful. GOOD LUCK! WISH YOU THE BEST!!!

That's a lot of money. You may do better asking more people for smaller donations. The little bits can add up.

The first thing you have to do is convince people you are not a scam.
