Why do guys do things like "WOOT" at females when their driving by in a car?

what makes them think you're gonna just have to get you some of that?

A "woot" doesn't mean they want to date you, they might just be happy or excited about something. At least as far as I know... I've never shouted "woot" to a girl though :)
