I actualy don't fully understand what you are asking. But I will try to answer anyway.
Christains often feel the need to share there religion with others mainly because the bible tells us to. But many ppl get too wrapped up in this, and think of it as a game. It almost becomes a competition, like whoever can save the most souls wins. This really isn't the idea. For me personally, I am more then happy to talk about my faith if I am asked, but I refuse to just walk up to random ppl and try to save them, and or I don't feel it my right, or duty to save the souls of all my friends.
This is also often the mistake of new christians. They are so fired up about there new faith, that they feel the need to share it with everybody. And because they feel it so strongly, they forget to factor in the feelings of others, and that they might not feel the same way. And often because they are new they cannot explain it in a proper way. And when others can't understand they get frustrated, and often get too emotianal. The bible does tell us to share the word of God with others, but it also tells us to do it in a "christ like" manner.
As far as one religion being better, or more likely to go to heaven then the others, I answer it like this. If there truly were only 1 right relgion, and one would go to heaven, wouldn't it be the jews since Jesus himself was a jew? Now as far as I know jews don't believe in heaven, but I think my point gets across just the same.
Finally, no person on earth can actualy condem somebody to hell. The bible teaches us "judge not lest ye be judged" and "let he who lives without sin cast the first stone." The only person qualified to actualy "condem" somebody to hell is Jesus himself. And just throwing somebody out of a church really isn't a very christ like thing to do. Jesus accepted everybody, the bible tells us to do the same. I personally think that if somebody has done something bad enough to even come close to warranting excommunication, they actualy need the lord more, and should be taken in. and loved, not shoed away. The bible tells us to love one another, and to love thine enemy. It does not in any way tell us to only love the christians, or the holy, or those we find worthy. We are to love EVERYBODY.
Now I hope that answers your questions. If not feel free to PM and or IM me, and we can talk about this further!

First of all, formal pronouncements of excommunication are very rare these days.
Second, excommunication is Biblically based. Christ speaks of the persistently rebellious who, as a last resort when all other options are exhausted, should be treated like a sinner or a tax collector.
Other Bible verses say a similar sort of thing.
If anyone is excommunicated, it's his or her own fault, to put it bluntly. It's the same as a judge who has no choice but to send a convicted violent felon to prison. Don't blame the judge for the felon's destination -- blame the felon.
Most people who fall out of full communion with the Church essentially excommunicate themselves.

Hmm. I am not a Catholic and I do understand your comment...
In my church if you have been excommunicated it is due to commiting a "real" bad sin and not attemping to change your ways to overecome this sin... If you are excommunicated you are given the oppourtunity to be accepted back into the congregation after you have changed your life to be more in line with the Lord...
I am a Latter Day Saint.

Well if someone is trying to lead others away or is following heretical information and cant be persuaded to see the light then they are excommunicated and kicked out of the church so they don't lead others astray.

yeah, that's one of the great mistakes of the Catholic Church back in the day. They thought they could actually sever the connection between a person and God, and that's one of the main reasons why Jesus came to earth - to give us this connection to God, to rip the veil. Catholics had it wrong back then. Simply put. No one's perfect though.
