I have worked with deaf people over the years and yes, most do realize that farts make noise.

I have had to explain to one or two (certainly not most) that certain body noises expressed in public are considered to be rude. For example, a burp - this is something you are expected to have control over, and are expected to surpress or say (sign) "Excuse me" if they happen

It's an odd quirk of etiquette that the same is not expected of flatulence, which we all are assumed to NOT be in control of. Everyone in the room is supposed to pretend like nothing happened, and certainly not mention it.

Actually yes deaf people would be able to feel it through vibration. The cartlidge in the bridge of their nose is very sensitive to vibration. Deaf people's other senses are 100 times more sensitive than the person that could hear...

Of course.. for deaf dancers feel the vibrations of the music.. when they fart they feel the vibrations out of their butt! Dancers know music has noise, therefore farts have noise.

Great question!

They wouldn't know unless someone told them.
I bet they would rather hear than smell it!
People can lose their sight and their hearing,
but I don't think they can lose their sense of smell.

If it is loud enough so that it vibrates (lol) then yeah. But people probably tell them, too... and there is no way that they DON'T smell that sh*t...

probably so, but they are fortunate enough not to hear it, but they do however smell it.
