My child's father who has not even care so much to see if she is alive or has food to eat is upset with me. He is upset because I did not rearrange my schedule when he called at 4pm on father's day to see her. I was truly busy with my father. Was I wrong?

If he's not doing something to make sure the child's needs are met and isn't making it a priority on his own to spend time with his daughter, he doesn't deserve to see her.

No, if he doesn't take care of her or care to make time other times, than why should he have u make time for him to give himself an ego boost for that one day? Forget him. Tell him that if he wants to be a daddy it's a 24 hr. 7 day a week job, not a three or four hour on one day of the year job. Tell him that maybe if he grows up and comes round and is there for her this yeear that maybe next year will be different.

no you weren't wrong you wanted to spend time with your own father what did he expect you were enjoying you day so that means he can interrupt it with his own problem about a child he doesn't even care about and it was already 4:00 so if he needed to see her he should of came and got her

Nope, he can't come around once or twice a year and expect to be catered too! Doesn't sound like he is much of a father anyway

not at all. he may be her biological father, but he's not her daddy. if he doesnt have the balls enough to stand up and support the beautiful little girl he created, he cannot for one second expect you to rearrange y'all's schedule to accomodate his wants.

Nope not wrong. If he is not supporting her in any way then he has no right to visitation. Not to mention that it was incosiderate of him but it doesn't exactly sound like he is the considerate type.

no, youre not wrong. There's a big difference between being a father and being a sperm donor.

The only thing wrong is that you hooked up with that guy in the first place.

Father's Day is the day to honor fathers, not sperm donors.
