Aliens as defined as Extra-Terrestrial life forms in other parts of the Universe, there is probably a high probability of it.

The Universe being so big as it is, to think that only Planet Earth has life as we defined it to be (carbon based) would be quite unrealistic. We may even discover definition of life that is beyond our definition. But how intelligent, as we define it to be, is still an open question. It could be a very lowly life form and or we would hope an intelligent life form that can communicate with the human species, that would really be very exciting.

just for the hell of itil answer!! i dont believe the secret base called area 51 has anything to do with aliens or their technology but lets just say for entertainment purposes that we had an alien space craft that crashed with or without aliens. the governments of this country and the world community would never allow us to have that information! people world go into a world wide panic, people would want to go to work! or much of anything but pray! witch would end up in world wide chaos!
