there is this guy at my school that likes me we are friends but i am not in to him all year i been telling him that i have a boyfriend when we broke up 8 munths but yet he keeps trying i dont want to do this any more what should i do?

The best thing that you can do for you and him is to tell him the truth, just flat out let him know where he stands, tell him you won't go out with him, it is better than lying to him about your reason for not going out with him because as long as you are using excuses he is going to keep trying to get you to go out with him.

Talk to him.
Ask him why he has not purchased a clue that you are not into him.
Tell him that while you will occasionally speak to him, he does not have a chance at getting access to your juicy bits, and to stop bothering you.
If that does not work, ask your friends to run interference for you and bail!
But also ask yourself: Why are you friends with him, if you don't like him?

I think the best way is to be honest. Say that you care about him as a friend but just aren't interested him romantically. He may not take it well, but it is the best way to deal with it for both of you.
